          Abstract

The National SARS-CoV-2 Serology Assay Evaluation Group. Performance characteristics of five immunoassays for SARS-CoV-2: a head-to-head benchmark comparison. Lancet Infect Dis 2020; 20: 1390–400—In this Article, the equivocal results for the DiaSorin assay had been incorrectly included in the sensitivity and specificity analyses. The values for the DiaSorin results have been updated in the Summary, table, figure 1, figure 4, and the appendix. Additionally, the correct threshold to achieve a specificity of at least 98% was not applied during analysis of the DiaSorin results in some sections of the table, leading to errors in data reporting. Finally, a typing error listed incorrect results for the Abbott assay in the last section of the table The interpretation of the findings is unchanged. This correction has been made to the online version as of Nov 25, 2020, the printed version is correct.
