          Summary

This paper is a review of nowadays approach towards modelling of knowledge bases. The number of different methods is elaborated in spite f their potential use. The very focus of this review is to identify what kind of information should be stored using each of the structures too enhance its usability. As a result an idea of Semantic Knowledge Base is presented that combines some of identified structures and approaches. It utilizes mainly ontology for definition of concepts, object like relationship module for defining relation among concepts, as well as semantic networks for complex knowledge. The idea of space and time as separate module is also elaborated.

The most import output of the paper is clear definition of new kind of knowledge bases, namely speaking Semantic Knowledge Base.
