          Abstract

          Cancer Reversion

In article number 2402132, Kwang‐Hyun Cho and co‐workers present a generic computational framework, single cell Boolean network inference and control (BENEIN). Applying BENEIN to human large intestinal single cell transcriptome data, we identify MYB, HDAC2, and FOXA2 as master regulators whose inhibition can induce enterocyte differentiation. Interestingly, simultaneous knockdown of these regulators reverts colorectal cancer cells into normal‐like enterocytes by synergistically inducing differentiation and also suppressing malignancy.
