          Abstract

Individual and collective mindfulness attracts growing research attention, yet reports of their impact on health care professionals' work behaviors are scarce, especially in the emergency department. The aim of the current study was to explore whether the association between trait mindfulness and triage accuracy is moderated by the emergency workload environment, and whether this association promotes patient satisfaction subject to levels of collective mindfulness.
