          Abstract

We design a porous separator that consists of a covalent organic framework (COF), the ionic conductivity of which is 8 times higher than that of the most well-established separator of lithium-ion batteries.

          Abstract

We design a porous separator that consists of a covalent organic framework (COF), the ionic conductivity of which is 8 times higher than that of the most well-established separator of lithium-ion batteries. Moreover, the effective ionic conductivity is even higher than that of the corresponding pure liquid electrolyte.
